Lixudebart – A pan-organ antifibrotic
The company’s lead claudin-1 targeted antibody, lixudebart (ALE.F02), is designed to reverse fibrosis by selectively targeting exposed caudin-1, which is overexpressed across fibrotic indications and linked to disease progression. ERN-RITA is a network (representing and) connecting physicians, researchers, patients and patient representatives for rare immunological disorders, including primary immunodeficiency, autoimmune, autoinflammatory and paediatric rheumatic disorders across Europe. It provides a platform for exchange (sharing) of knowledge and expertise, collaboration, and partnership in transdisciplinary projects to promote education and research integrating (involving) all RITA immune disciplines (fields, streams).
ERN-RITA working groups conduct a range of activities to ensure equal access to early diagnosis, to foster best practice management, to advance standards of clinical care for all patients with rare immunological disorders across Europe, regardless of nationality or residence. To achieve these goals, ERN-RITA is strongly connected to European scientific societies, including those for Immunodeficiencies (ESID), Autoimmune Vasculitis (EUVAS), Autoinflammatory Diseases (ISSAID) and Pediatric Rheumatology (PReS) as well as patient organisations.
